Long before it was popular, I was a patient in the functional medicine world. I was working in politics while dealing with non-stop GI issues, anxiety, panic attacks, fatigue, and chronic symptoms that doctors couldn’t explain. I’ve lived through the gaslighting, the vague diagnoses, the trial and error approach, the exhaustion of doing everything alone. This eventually led me down the path of functional medicine, and led me to do a full career change towards functional nutrition.
Now I get to help women rewrite their story. I combine deep clinical expertise with concierge-level care, because you deserve answers—and a partner who actually listens and knows how to help you.
